Dr. Vanessa B. Woods is an independent scientist and award-winning consumer engagement professional. She has worked in the agri-food and education sectors throughout her career to date, lecturing at Queens University Belfast and Chairing the GCSE in Agriculture and Land Use in Northern Ireland. She holds a European Communications Award for ‘Communication to the public’ and she won the Inaugural Royal Dublin Society (RDS) ‘Sustainable Agri Start-Up’ award for her business, Vanessa B. Woods Communications, at the RDS Spring Awards 2022.

Béibhínn McCarthy is a Dublin-based illustrator. A graduate of the National College of Art and Design, she previously illustrated for The Irish Times Magazine and The Audi International Film Festival, among others.
